What if I’m working around an injury or have unique needs?

If you're currently dealing with an injury, I strongly recommend working with a licensed physical therapist (PT) or another qualified medical professional first. While I’m happy to collaborate with your care team to support your recovery, my online programming is not designed to diagnose or treat injuries independently.

That said, if you're post-rehab or managing chronic conditions with medical clearance to train, we can adapt your program to meet your individual needs and goals. Your long-term success and safety are my top priority—and that begins with honoring your body and the healing process.

I work out at a gym (or at home). Does this still work for me?

Yes. Your program is designed around your current setup—whether you train in a home gym, outdoors, or at a commercial gym. You don’t need fancy equipment—just a willingness to start.
