Absolutely! The Arena caters to all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced. Programs are tailored to meet your starting point and goals, with continuous support every step of the way.

Arena workouts can be done at home or in the gym. Basic equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells is required, but we provide modifications and bodyweight alternatives. Some Workouts of the Week (WOWs) may introduce equipment like battle ropes or medicine balls, but these are optional, with substitutions available.

The biggest mistake people make is choosing weights that are either too light or too heavy. It’s crucial to find a balance—weights should feel challenging yet still allow you to maintain proper form and control. Good effort is key!
If you're unsure, start with weights that allow you to perform 10-12 repetitions with good form. If you can easily do 15+ reps, the weight is too light. If you struggle to reach 8 reps with control, it may be too heavy.

Dumbbell Suggestions:
Beginner: Men 15-20lbs, Women 8-10lbs
Intermediate: Men 20-30lbs, Women 10-20lbs
Advanced: Men 30lbs+, Women 20lbs+
For kettlebell exercises:
Ballistic movements (e.g., swings) may require a heavier bell than controlled movements (e.g., Turkish get-ups).
A good rule of thumb is to choose a kettlebell that’s about 20-30% of your body weight.
Use lighter weights for upper body exercises and heavier weights for lower body movements.
Kettlebell Suggestions:
Beginner: Men 16kg (35lbs), Women 8-12kg (18-26lbs)
Intermediate: Men 20kg (44lbs), Women 12-16kg (26-35lbs)
